  • HR Operation Specialist (2 Vacancies)
    Responsible for delivering efficient, accurate, and high-quality HR administrative support across key functional areas such as employee records management, HRIS

  • administration, benefits processing, and compliance with local labor laws, offboarding in coordination with relevant teams.

  • This role plays a critical part in ensuring smooth day-to-day HR operations.

  • The specialist will also contribute to process improvements, data reporting, and the implementation of HR policies and procedures in alignment with company standards.

  • Maintain and update employee records and HR systems with accuracy and confidentiality.

  • Process employee movements such as onboarding, transfers, promotions, and

  • Administer government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and HDMF). timekeeping, and payroll inputs.

  • Support compliance with local labor regulations and company policles, including preparation of required reports and documentation.

  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and employment documentation.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders and vendors to support seamless HR

HR Coordinator (2 Vacancies)

  • The Pre-Employment Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the hiring process by ensuring all pre-employment requirements are efficiently completed before a new hire's start date. This role is responsible for coordinating background checks, medical examinations, document collection, and onboarding preparations in compliance with company policies and local labor regulations. The coordinator serves as a point of contact between candidates, recruitment teams, and third-party vendors to ensure a smooth and timely pre-employment process.

  • Coordinate and track completion of pre-employment requirements such as background checks, pre-employment medical exams, goverment clearances, and document submissions.

  • Ensure all candidate documents are complete, accurate, and compliant with company and legal standards.

  • Communicate proactivety with candidates to guide them through each step of the pre-employment process.

  • Liaise with vendors, clinics, and government agencies as needed.

  • Maintain accurate records and regularty update internal tracking systems and reports.

Support onboarding team by ensuring all pre-employment tasks are completed prior to the candidate's first day.

Working Arrangements: Hybrid, from Mid Shift to Night Shift

Preference will be given to candidates with BPO experience
