Support HR operations by managing data input, audits, and customer service in a dynamic environment at IQVIA.

Your Role:

Key responsibilities include:

  • Input data into HR databases following SOPs and SLAs.
  • Complete data maintenance and audits in Workday.
  • Conduct hire administration activities, including employment letters and background screenings.
  • Execute customer service activities, responding to inquiries via phone, email, fax, and chat.
  • Log all requests and transactions in the case management system.
  • File documents in personnel folders and track missing forms.
  • Handle complex requests and escalate as needed.
  • Share best practices and suggest process improvements.
  • Foster teamwork to meet SLAs.
  • Participate in project activities as assigned.
About You:

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A graduate degree in any 4-year course.
  • Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience.
  • Basic knowledge of systems and procedures.
  • Familiarity with company HR policies and processes.
  • Knowledge in Workday, ServiceNow, or PeopleSoft is a plus.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Strong detail orientation and data analysis skills.
  • Proficiency in computer applications and accurate data entry.
  • Ability to identify process improvements and work in a team.
  • Capability to handle multiple projects in a high-pressure environment.
  • Effective working relationships with coworkers, managers, and clients.
  • Willingness to work in a hybrid setup.
