Access Healthcare is looking for a results-driven HR Operations Supervisor with strong people management experience and a deep understanding of HR processes in a BPO environment. This role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day HR operational functions, ensuring compliance with local government regulations, and delivering excellent employee support through effective administration of compensation, benefits, HRIS, and ticketing systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and lead the HR Operations team, ensuring timely and accurate execution of HR services and deliverables.

  • Manage and ensure compliance with local government requirements (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, DOLE, BIR, etc.).

  • Oversee the administration of compensation and benefits programs, including enrollments, government-mandated contributions, and payroll coordination.

  • Maintain and manage HRIS and ticketing systems, ensuring data accuracy, system updates, and efficient query resolution.

  • Review and optimize HR administrative processes, including employee records management, contract preparation, onboarding/offboarding documentation, and HR reporting.

  • Handle escalated employee concerns related to HR operations and ensure timely resolution in line with company policies.

  • Partner with cross-functional HR teams to support audits, policy implementation, and compliance initiatives.

  • Ensure team performance by coaching, mentoring, and developing team members.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • 3 to 5 years of supervisory or team leadership experience in HR Operations within a BPO or shared services environment.

  • In-depth knowledge of Philippine labor laws and government compliance requirements.

  • Strong experience with HRIS platforms and ticketing systems

  • Solid understanding of compensation, benefits administration, and employee lifecycle processes.

  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

  • High level of confidentiality, integrity, and attention to detail.
