Job Title: HR Generalist

Location: Pasig City, Philippines

Employment Type: Full-time

Overview: We are looking for a dedicated and proactive HR Generalist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will handle end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits, HR compliance, and organizational development. This role ensures that HR policies and processes are effectively implemented in alignment with Philippine labor laws and company objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Recruitment & Onboarding

* Manage the full recruitment cycle (sourcing, screening, interviews, job offers).

* Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.

* Facilitate new hire onboarding, orientation, and documentation.

  1. Employee Relations

* Serve as the first point of contact for employee concerns.

* Assist in conflict resolution and disciplinary procedures.

* Foster a positive and engaging work environment.

  1. Compensation & Benefits Administration

* Process monthly payroll in coordination with Finance.

* Manage government benefits and compliance with SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG.

* Handle leaves, attendance tracking, and benefits inquiries.

  1. HR Compliance

* Ensure compliance with the Philippine Labor Code and company policies.

* Maintain and update employee records, 201 files, contracts, and HR reports.

* Assist in internal and government audits (e.g., DOLE compliance).

  1. Training & Development

* Support the development and implementation of training programs.

* Conduct needs assessments and track employee performance and development plans.

  1. HR Policy & Process Improvement

* Help create, update, and implement HR policies and procedures.

* Provide recommendations for improving HR systems and employee experience.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or related field.

* At least 2years of experience in an HR Generalist or similar role.

* Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and government-mandated benefits.

* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

* Highly organized with the ability to handle multiple priorities.

* Proficient in MS Office or HRIS tools (advantage but not required).

* Background in payroll processing .

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
