Job Summary

Recruitment and Personnel Management Assistant is responsible for the day-to-day recruitment function of the Human Resources and Administration Department. He/She is responsible for timely fulfillment all manpower requirement throughout Dyna Drug Corporation and its Subsidiaries.

Duties and Responsibilities

Recruitment

  • Coordinates with the HR Generalist in screening resume and scheduling Rank and File applicants for assessment;
  • Issues pre-employment requirements and ensures compliance of the on-boarding employee before starting employment; Implements recruitment programs and procedures as advised by HR Manager;
  • Coordinates with different government agencies (PESO, DOLE) in maintaining continuous pool of applicants;
  • Maintains coordination with different universities;
  • Attends occasional job fairs joined by the company;
  • Devises recruitment strategy to drive the recruitment process of the company;
  • Maintains adequate number of manpower of the company as directed by the HRA Manager,
  • Maintains high quality standard of recruits by implementing effective processes and materials (testing, interviewing techniques, and etc.),
  • Creates reports on manpower and recruitment updates that may be required by the HR Manager.

Employee On-Boarding

  • Processes new employee's employment requirements, such as documents for government benefits, Payroll requirements, and etc.;
  • Coordinates with the Benefits Administration Specialist and Payroll Officer of on-boarding employees for updating of payroll records and 201 file,
  • Coordinate with the HR Administrator for requests and verification of issuance of company properties, such as but not limited to vehicle, computer, mobile phone, and other software request such as email address and all system access.
  • Creates 201 File folder of new employees, and maintains their complete records all throughout employment
  • Issues letters of appointment to on - boarding employees
  • Checks for updates of employees' expiring records such as NBI and PRC License
  • Coordinate with HR Administrator for all company ID and Temporary Pass to all new employees

Others

  • Supports the Human Resources and Administration Manager in developing programs, policies and procedures relative to the improvement of the Department and its services;
  • Abides by the company rules and regulations implemented with regards to policies and procedures, quality management, and in the Employee's Handbook; and
  • Performs other duties that may be assigned by the Human Resources Supervisor & Human Resources and Administration Manager

Competencies (Knowledge, Skills, and Experience Needed for the Job)

Educational Requirements

  • Graduate of Psychology, Human Resource Management, Behavioral Sciences or related course

  • Has extensive experience in Recruitment and other HR facets

  • Ability to communicate clearly with supervisors and Managers
  • Highly organized in record handling
  • Interpersonal skill, social perceptiveness, patience, and self confidence
  • Communication skill: verbal, written, and active listening
