About the role

We're looking for an exceptional Line Cook to join our dynamic kitchen team at La Spezia' in Quezon City, Metro Manila. As a full-time Line Cook, you'll be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes that delight our customers and align with our commitment to delivering an outstanding dining experience.

What you'll be doing

  • Preparing and cooking a variety of menu items to our exacting standards
  • Maintaining a clean, organised and efficient workstation throughout your shift
  • Ensuring all food preparation and cooking processes adhere to health and safety regulations
  • Collaborating with the wider kitchen team to deliver great-tasting dishes in a timely manner
  • Providing exceptional customer service by anticipating and meeting guests' needs
  • Participating in menu development and optimisation initiatives

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 2 years' experience as a Line Cook or similar culinary role in a fast-paced restaurant environment
  • Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques and presentation
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under pressure
  • Passion for creating delicious, high-quality dishes
  • Flexible and adaptable, with a positive, team-oriented attitude
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
