Customer Service Representative (Manufacturing) – Job Qualifications

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, or any related field.
  • At least 1–3 years of experience in customer service, sales coordination, or order management — preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
  • Experience using ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Netsuite) is an advantage.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written) in English and Filipino.
  • Excellent organizational and coordination skills; able to handle multiple orders or client accounts simultaneously.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills, especially in resolving order, delivery, or billing concerns.
  • Customer-oriented attitude with a focus on quality and efficiency.
  • Ability to work effectively with production, logistics, and sales teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Willing to work onsite or shifting schedules, if required by operations.
