Customer Service Officer

Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, or any related field.
- At least 1–3 years of experience in customer service, sales coordination, or order management — preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Experience using ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Netsuite) is an advantage.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written) in English and Filipino.
- Excellent organizational and coordination skills; able to handle multiple orders or client accounts simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills, especially in resolving order, delivery, or billing concerns.
- Customer-oriented attitude with a focus on quality and efficiency.
- Ability to work effectively with production, logistics, and sales teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

- Can work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Team player with a positive work attitude.
- Willing to work onsite or shifting schedules, if required by operations.
