Salary: 40,000- 50,000 Package

Schedule: Monday- Friday (07:00 AM-04:00 PM PHT)

What are we looking for?

Skills Required:

  • At least 3 years of experience in a finance-related role handling administrative or loan processing tasks
  • Strong numerical ability and genuine interest in finance
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications
  • Experience working with Australian or other Western-based companies is a plus
  • Friendly, professional, and customer-oriented communication style
  • Highly organized, adaptable, and able to work both independently and as part of a team

What will you do?

  • Prepare and review customer loan documents using digital tools and DocuSign
  • Process customer loan drawdowns, variations, and fee invoices
  • Prepare payments for approval and issue customer Welcome Letters
  • Maintain accurate loan and customer information in internal systems and CRM
  • Support with customer inquiries and complaint management
  • Assist with other administrative or operational tasks as needed
