Schedule: Monday- Friday (07:00 AM-04:00 PM PHT)
What are we looking for?
Skills Required:
- At least 3 years of experience in a finance-related role handling administrative or loan processing tasks
- Strong numerical ability and genuine interest in finance
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications
- Experience working with Australian or other Western-based companies is a plus
- Friendly, professional, and customer-oriented communication style
- Highly organized, adaptable, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
What will you do?
- Prepare and review customer loan documents using digital tools and DocuSign
- Process customer loan drawdowns, variations, and fee invoices
- Prepare payments for approval and issue customer Welcome Letters
- Maintain accurate loan and customer information in internal systems and CRM
- Support with customer inquiries and complaint management
- Assist with other administrative or operational tasks as needed
