Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and administer compensation and benefits programs, including salary structure, incentives, bonuses, and allowances.
  • Review and ensure compliance with government-mandated benefits such as SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and BIR requirements.
  • Manage payroll coordination in partnership with Finance or Payroll team, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Oversee the administration of company benefits (health insurance, leave credits, etc.) and handle employee inquiries.
  • Prepare compensation-related reports and analytics to support HR planning and management decisions.
  • Recommend improvements to existing policies, procedures, and compensation frameworks.
  • Supervise and guide Compensation & Benefits staff, ensuring effective delivery of HR services.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and government agencies for benefits administration and compliance.
  • Support annual salary review, performance bonus, and incentive planning cycles.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • At least 3–5 years of relevant experience in Compensation and Benefits or HR operations, with 1–2 years in a supervisory role preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws, statutory benefits, and payroll processes.
  • Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Excel (for data analysis and reporting).
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
