Business Development Specialist

We're looking for an experienced Business Development Officer / Specialist to lead growth initiatives, manage key accounts, and strengthen our market presence in both General Trade (GT) and Modern Trade (MT) channels.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities and expand market reach
- Manage distributor and trade partner relationships
- Negotiate trade deals, pricing, and promotional terms
- Achieve sales and revenue targets through effective planning and collaboration
- Coordinate with internal teams (Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations) to support growth and compliance
- Prepare and analyze sales performance reports, forecasts, and business plans
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Management
Minimum of 2–3 years experience in Sales, Account Management, or Business Development (FMCG background preferred)
Strong understanding of the Philippine FMCG landscape
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Proficient in MS Office; knowledge in CRM tools is an advantage
