Will lead the design, implementation, security, and maintenance of the company's IT systems. This role is responsible for ensuring the stability, resilience, and protection of all networks, servers, and digital assets across the organization.

Responsibilities

Infrastructure Management

  • Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of servers, network systems, storage, and cloud environments.
  • Ensure maximum system uptime, reliability, and performance.
  • Manage IT assets, hardware lifecycle, and vendor relationships.
  • Develop and implement IT infrastructure standards, policies, and procedures.

Cybersecurity

  • Develop, implement, and monitor cybersecurity frameworks and policies.
  • Oversee vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, and security audits.
  • Manage firewalls, endpoint protection, and intrusion detection/prevention systems.
  • Lead incident response planning, investigation, and remediation.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (e.g., NPC Philippines, GDPR if applicable).

Leadership & Strategy

  • Lead and mentor the IT infrastructure and security team.
  • Create and maintain technology roadmaps aligned with business needs.
  • Manage IT budgets, procurement, and project timelines.
  • Collaborate with key business units to support digital transformation initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Minimum 5–7 years of experience in IT infrastructure, network administration, and cybersecurity.
  • Strong knowledge of:
  • Windows/Linux servers
  • Network protocols, routing, switching
  • Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud)
  • Firewalls, IDS/IPS, SIEM, VPN
  • Data backup, DRP/BCP
  • Certifications preferred: CompTIA Security+, ITIL
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php70, Php90,000.00 per month
