The Project Development Manager is responsible for leading the planning, coordination, and execution of new development projects from concept to completion. This role oversees feasibility studies, project design, budgeting, and stakeholder coordination to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with company objectives. The Project Development Manager collaborates with internal teams, consultants, and external partners to drive the successful development and implementation of strategic projects.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Planning and Development

  • Lead the end-to-end development of assigned projects from conceptualization, feasibility, and design through implementation and turnover.
  • Conduct market research, site analysis, and financial feasibility studies to support project proposals.
  • Prepare detailed project development plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.

2. Coordination and Execution

  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants to ensure project requirements and design standards are met.
  • Manage permit acquisition and ensure compliance with local laws, regulations, and environmental standards.
  • Oversee project progress and resolve issues or delays to maintain project schedules.

3. Budgeting and Financial Management

  • Develop and manage project budgets, cost estimates, and financial projections.
  • Monitor expenditures and ensure effective cost control and resource utilization.
  • Prepare and present project progress reports, financial updates, and variance analyses to management.

4. Stakeholder Management

  • Liaise with internal departments (Finance, Legal, Operations, HR, etc.) to align project development with company strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, including contractors, suppliers, government agencies, and investors.
  • Facilitate meetings and presentations to communicate project status, risks, and opportunities.

5. Risk Management and Quality Assurance

  • Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure quality control standards are applied across all stages of project development.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor work quality, safety, and compliance.

6. Strategic and Business Development

  • Identify new project opportunities aligned with company growth strategies.
  • Contribute to the evaluation of partnerships, joint ventures, and business expansion initiatives.
  • Provide recommendations for innovation, sustainability, and efficiency improvement in project design and execution.

Qualifications:

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Master's degree or certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is an advantage.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 5–7 years of experience in project development, project management, or real estate/construction management.
  • Proven track record of managing complex projects from concept to completion.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php50, Php60,000.00 per month
