Job Responsibilities:

Identify and evaluate new markets, customer segments, and business opportunities locally and internationally.

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support strategic decision-making.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.

Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations for potential customers.

Drive revenue growth by generating leads, developing pipelines, and closing deals to meet sales targets.

Monitor sales metrics and produce performance and forecast reports.

Contribute to short- and long-term strategic planning aligned with company goals.

Collaborate with production, engineering, and quality teams to ensure customer requirements are fulfilled.

Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and networking activities.

Support marketing initiatives to enhance brand awareness and product visibility.

Review contracts, quotations, and commercial agreements with legal and finance teams.

Negotiate terms, pricing, and agreements with clients and suppliers as needed.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, marketing, or related field

At least 1-2 years' experience in business development, account management is an advantage

With experience in Manufacturing, industrial or B2B industry is a plus

Amenable to attend interviews

Can start as soon as possible
