Key Responsibilities:
- Process sales orders received via phone, email, or online.
- Ensure order and invoice accuracy and process payments.
- Maintain and update customer records and sales databases.
- Generate and analyze sales reports to track performance and trends.
- Provide customer service by responding to inquiries and handling complaints.
- Coordinate with other departments, such as logistics, to ensure timely deliveries.
- Assist the sales team with preparing proposals and contracts.
- Track inventory levels and manage product information.
- Manage general administrative tasks, such as handling correspondence and organizing meetings.
Qualifications:
- College Graduate
- Previous experience in sales administration or a similar role
Skills:
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy.
- Proficiency with office software, such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.).
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-service orientation.
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in data entry and record keeping.
Job Type: Full-time
