Job Description:

Ensures business processes run efficiently by monitoring daily activities, analyzing workflows, and implementing strategic improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs. Their responsibilities include managing inventory and logistics, coordinating between departments, and developing operational reports. They are critical for maintaining operational excellence, aligning operations with company goals, and resolving bottlenecks to support the overall success of the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Enter daily record of Sales
  • Record attendance, UT, OT, Leaves of FOH and Kitchen
  • Facilities & Equipment proper functioning, positioning & placement
  • Facilities & Equipment preventive maintenance recording and scheduling
  • Utilities (Electricity & Water) management including recording daily usage and analysis of usage patterns
  • Comms Systems, CCTV and Bato Bato
    System (BBS) devices' maintenance
  • Report all items for repair or other action and update progress of repairs and others and report completion
  • Recommend practices and policies to prevent facilities & equipment failures
  • Liase with all suppliers and service vendors of Facilities & Equipment
  • Report all
  • Operate and maintain software systems
    (BBS, Retekess Comms, UTAK, Loyverse, CCTV)
  • Analyze systems-generated information to identify root causes of misaligned outcomes and work practices
  • Analyze Guest Stories for quality and completeness
  • Generate FOH Schedules Weekly
  • Conduct training with FOH Captain &
    Kitchen Chef de Partie on new or modified
  • Operational Practices for FOH & Kitchen
  • Design methods on how to monitor Training quality and impact
  • Recommend remedies to operational practices and policies to prevent failures in the operating system
