Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand and analyze customer requirements to provide tailored technical solutions.
  • Present products or services in a compelling way to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and training for customers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop custom solutions and proposals.
  • Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support.
  • Prepare technical documentation, reports, and proposals.
  • Attend industry trade shows and events to promote products and gather market intelligence.
  • Maintain relationships with existing customers and seek opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
  • Work closely with product development to relay customer feedback and contribute to product improvements.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, Software, or related field) or a related technical discipline.
  • Additional qualifications in business or sales can be advantageous.
  • 2–5+ years of experience in a sales engineer or technical sales role.
  • Deep understanding of electrical systems, products, and services to effectively explain features to potential customers.
  • Strong technical knowledge and the ability to explain complex concepts simply.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to meet sales targets and manage customer accounts.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Problem-solving and negotiation skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php18,000.00 per month
