  • Respond to customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and chat in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely fashion
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and document resolutions
  • Provide feedback and suggestions to improve customer experience
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance overall service delivery
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and quality standards

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Completed 2 years in college with 6mos BPO experience or College Graduate if without experience
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
  • Customer-centric approach with a genuine desire to help
