Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Greenhills, San Juan, Metro Manila for a Human Resources and Admin professional. The role includes handling daily HR management tasks such as developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and overseeing personnel management. Additionally, the role requires ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations, providing support to employees, and maintaining a positive workplace environment.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
  • Proficient in developing and implementing HR Policies
  • Experience with Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong organizational and administrative abilities
  • Ability to work on-site in Metro Manila
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience in a similar role is desirable
