Job Description:

The HR Manager is responsible for overseeing the full scope of Human Resources and Administrative responsibilities. They will partner with the organization on strategic initiatives, maintaining and enhancing the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues to reduce legal risk.
  • Coach and guide teams on performance management systems, provide support in crafting and execution of individual development plans.
  • Evaluate and review recommendations for employee movements, monitor activities, and ensure timelines are met.
  • Manage and/or coordinate benefits processing and ensure guidance to employees on remuneration, benefits, and rewards.
  • Work closely with management and line managers to implement programs for employee engagement and wellness, rewards, and recognition.
  • Facilitate the recruitment process by hiring qualified candidates and promoting a positive candidate experience.
  • Oversee and administer day-to-day office activities and perform other related administrative tasks.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
  • At least 5-10 years of working experience in the related field.
  • Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills, including verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experienced in conflict resolution, disciplinary processes, and workplace investigations.
  • Notable problem-solving skills and ability to make independent and responsible judgments.
  • High regard for ethics and integrity.
