Responsibilities

  • Oversee and monitor all facets of HR including recruitment, onboarding, compensation and benefits, employee relation, and employee development programs.
  • Conduct other HR administrative tasks including but not limited to –Recruitment, Learning and Development, Employee Engagement, and Admin tasks
  • Monitoring and updating of employee info using PCIS and HRIS
  • Ensure all HR policies and procedures are compliant with local and national labor laws.
  • Assist with day-to-day HR tasks
  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate records
  • Address employee concerns

Requirements

  • Graduates of leading universities preferred
  • With at least 1 Year Human Resources Experience in a Leadership role
  • Demonstrate excellent business acumen, leadership and interpersonal skill
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Preferably with experience working in a Hotel or Restaurant.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php35, Php40,000.00 per month
