Job Title: Training Coordinator

Location: Baguio, Philippines (Onsite)

Department: NA Operations| Education Services

About the Role:

The Training Coordinator will be responsible for daily training logistics, including planning, scheduling, and tracking attendance. This role will support global members of the Education Services team in completion of activities within our clients Learning Management System (LMS), while also supporting local training initiatives through the preparation of training materials. This team member will support new and ongoing initiatives with a customer service mentality in alignment with our clients mission and values.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the scheduling and attendance tracking of global internal training through Outlook and our clients Learning Management System (LMS)
  • Collaborate with the global Education Services team to accurately create, update, modify, or cancel data within the LMS in accordance with team activities/learning plan changes
  • Complete assignments dealing with the routine and daily operation, use, and configuration of the LMS
  • Conduct reporting and analysis of data out of the LMS to inform team decision making as needed
  • Track employee completion of training and follow up on past due assignments
  • Provide learners and managers with onboarding schedule information for newly hired employees
  • Prepare materials for training sessions, including new hire orientation, Insights Discovery, and other courses as needed
  • Respond to troubleshooting and day-to-day email requests from learners and managers
  • Support broader Education Services initiatives/projects as directed
  • Maintain a positive attitude and presence in the company as an ambassador

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in an educational field or business is a plus
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Experience with Cornerstone or other Learning Management Systems is a plus
  • Ability to build cross-departmental relationships with a customer service focus
  • Proficiency in computer usage, email, MS Office Suite
  • Ability to gain new technical skills quickly
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Able to manage multiple responsibilities and projects with competing priorities and deadlines
  • Expert in multi-tasking, organising, and prioritising is critical
