to join our office operations team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the successful planning, execution, and evaluation of training programs and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule and coordinate training sessions and workshops
- Maintain training records and manage
- Collaborate with teams to identify and address training needs
- Prepare and monitor training materials and generate reports
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in course, or related field
- Fresh Graduates are acceptable
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Familairity with microsoft, canva, adobe, outlook, tech-savy is advantagous
