Service Manager

At Everllence, our On-site Recovery team responds when critical machinery breaks down - whether it's a ship engine, a wind turbine, or industrial production equipment. We minimize downtime and restore operations fast. To keep our service engine running strong, we're now looking for a new Service Manager to join our team in Brøndby.

As our long-standing Service Manager is advancing within the company, we are seeking a new Service Manager to lead and coordinate a team of skilled service engineers who travel worldwide to provide specialized service to our customers. You will be responsible for preparing quotations, handling orders, and maintaining daily contact with our international clients. You will be part of the management team in On-site Recovery.

You will play an important role in:

• Daily customer contact with marine and industrial clients via phone and email
• Coordination of service jobs with customers
• Assessment of damage to diesel engines and industrial systems
• Planning service jobs using our Field Service Managing Tool
• Briefing service teams before assignments
• Debriefing service teams after assignments
• Sales activities
• Leading a service team of 12–15 people
• Responsibility for service teams while traveling
• Conducting performance reviews (MUS)

We imagine that you:

• Hold a bachelor's degree, preferably in marine or mechanical engineering
• Have experience as a Service Manager in a similar role within the marine segment
• Demonstrate strong leadership skills and relevant experience
• Possess strong IT skills, with at least super-user level in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
• Ideally have skills or experience in metal works
• Work in a methodical, structured, and process-oriented manner
• May have knowledge of SAP – not required, but considered an advantage

You will join a team of 40 dedicated colleagues, including 25 traveling service engineers. We work closely to deliver fast, high-quality service to our global clients. As part of the Sales Department, you'll report to Thomas Pedersen, Head of On-site Recovery, and collaborate across departments to ensure seamless operations.
