Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role located in Metro Manila, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The International Marketing Partner for Thailand will be responsible for crafting and executing marketing strategies to promote and sell Ayala Land's real estate products to the Thai market and nurturing relationships with clients. Day-to-day tasks include conducting research on client preferences, planning marketing campaigns, coordinating with internal teams for product marketing, managing sales leads, engaging with clients, and tracking performance metrics to meet sales and growth objectives.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in Sales and Product Marketing
  • Strong Marketing and Marketing Strategy expertise
  • Experience conducting Research and analyzing market trends
  • Effective communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Understanding of the Thai market and customer preferences is an advantage
  • Proficiency in Thai language is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
