Job Description:

  • Ensures that revenue/ sales targets are met through effective and efficient conduct of sales and operations activities.
  • Develops annual plans and programs, targets and/ or budgets; directs implementation and monitors progress to ensure attainment in accordance with corporate direction.
  • Conduct sales calls and sales visits to generate major new accounts and handles special accounts when necessary.
  • Reviews rates and special arrangements given to customers.
  • Ensures customer satisfaction by attending to customer needs promptly, reviewing feedback and recommending courses of action.
  • Performs other duties as may be assigned from time to time.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Industrial Engineering, Management, Marketing or related course
  • With at least five (5) years experience in related work and/or logistics operations.
  • With excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • With strong leadership skills.
