Job description:

  • Monitor and supervise daily branch operations, including scheduling, dispatching, and service quality.
  • Ensure all technicians and staff adhere to company protocols, uniform standards, and attendance policies.
  • Conduct periodic inspections of job sites and evaluate technician performance.
  • Ensure service acknowledgment forms and reports are completed and submitted on time.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
  • Maintain accurate records of manpower, equipment usage, and service schedules.
  • Guide and motivate field personnel to achieve high service standards.

Qualifications:

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
  • Equivalent work experience in operations or service management may be considered.

Experience:

  • At least 1–2 years of experience in operations, logistics, or service coordination (preferably in pest control, construction, or field service industries).
  • Experience with ISO standards, safety programs, or quality assurance is an advantage.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and reporting systems.
  • Leadership and people management capabilities.
  • Keen attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
  • Valid driver's license is an advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
