Job description

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Expected to be an SME.

  • Collaborate and manage the team to perform.

  • Responsible for team decisions.

  • Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

  • Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

  • Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practices within the team.

  • Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of application features.

  • Assist in the training and onboarding of new team members.

Professional & Technical Skills:

  • Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Relationship Management (CRM).

  • Additional Good To Have Skills: Experience with Microsoft Power Apps.

  • Strong understanding of application development methodologies.

  • Proficient in integrating Microsoft Dynamics 365 with other applications and services.

  • Experience in customizing and extending Microsoft Dynamics 365 functionalities.

  • Familiarity with data management and reporting tools within the Microsoft ecosystem.

  • This position is based at our Manila office.

No. of hours per week: 45

Shift Schedule: 8AM – 5PM

Work Set up: Hybrid

Number of days in a month or week that needs to be in the office: 1 Day Client-site (Ortigas), 1 Day Project Site (BGC)
