Responsibilities:

The Senior MS Dynamics 365 CRM Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing customized CRM solutions that support business operations and strategic goals. This role involves building workflows, plug-ins, and web resources using C#, .NET, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, while integrating Dynamics 365 with Microsoft 365 applications such as Power BI, PowerApps, and Power Automate. The engineer will manage backend data systems using SQL and Azure SQL, develop and maintain APIs, and troubleshoot complex CRM issues to ensure optimal performance. Active participation in Agile development processes and continuous learning of Microsoft technologies is essential.

CRM Solution Design and Development

  • Design, develop, and implement custom CRM solutions using MS Dynamics 365.

Workflow Automation Development and Web Resource Management

  • Develop workflows, business processes, and plug-ins to automate business operations.
  • Create and manage web resources for CRM applications using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
  • Integrate MS Dynamics 365 with other Microsoft 365 suite applications such as Power BI, PowerApps, and Power Automate.

API Development, Database Management and Optimization

  • Develop and maintain APIs, including REST/ODATA and SOAP endpoints, for seamless integration with external systems
  • Database Management and Optimization
  • Work with SQL, Azure SQL, and MS-SQL databases to manage and optimize backend data systems.

Agile Development Participation

  • Participate in Agile development processes and contribute to sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
  • Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex CRM issues to ensure optimal system performance.

Continuous Learning and Technology Update

  • Stay up to date with the latest Microsoft Dynamics 365 updates and technologies.

Qualifications:

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience as a MS Dynamics 365 CRM Developer or Full Stack Developer.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Proficiency in C#, .NET, ASP.NET, MVC, NodeJS, JavaScript, JQuery, HTML, CSS, and SQL.
  • Strong experience with MS Dynamics 365 CRM, including customization and automation.
  • Experience with MS Power Platform, including Power BI, PowerApps, Power Automate, and MS AI.
  • Knowledge of CRM SDK, REST/ODATA, SOAP, and Web Services/APIs.
  • Experience with Data Export Service, Azure APIs, Azure SQL, SSRS, and SSIS.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development practices.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work during EST business hours.

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in C#, .NET, ASP.NET, MVC, NodeJS, JavaScript, JQuery, HTML, CSS, and SQL.
  • Strong experience with MS Dynamics 365 CRM, including customization, workflows, and business process automation.
  • Extensive experience with the MS Power Platform, including Power BI, PowerApps, Power Automate, and MS AI.
  • Solid understanding of CRM SDK, REST/ODATA, and SOAP endpoints.
  • Experience with Data Export Service, Azure APIs, Azure SQL, Data Gateways, SSRS, and SSIS.
  • Strong knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and Design Patterns.
  • Experience with Web Services/APIs for integration and data exchange.

Availability:

  • Must be available to work flexible hours as needed.
  • Amenable to work onsite in our Makati Head Office
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
