About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and technically strong Lead MS Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) Developer to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a hands-on technical lead with deep expertise in Dynamics 365 and the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem. You will design, develop, and implement scalable CRM solutions, lead integration efforts, and mentor a small development team.

This position emphasizes development, integrations, and solution architecture—not just configuration or flow-based work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable and secure Dynamics 365 CE solutions (Customer Service, Sales, and Contact Center modules).
  • Develop custom plugins, workflows, and server-side logic using C# and .NET Framework.
  • Implement and manage customizations, configurations, and extensions within Dynamics 365 and Dataverse.
  • Build Power Automate Flows and integrate Dynamics 365 with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs and Azure services.
  • Develop and enhance JavaScript, , and components for client-side customizations.
  • Apply DevOps and ALM practices to manage builds, deployments, and environment governance.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize CRM solutions for performance and reliability.
  • Implement and maintain CRM security, compliance, and governance best practices.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to translate requirements into robust technical solutions.
  • Mentor junior developers and contribute to continuous improvement across the CRM development lifecycle.

Required Qualifications

  • 7+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE / CRM, including solution design, development, and deployment.
  • Strong expertise in Dynamics 365 modules: Customer Service, Sales, and Contact Center.
  • Proven experience in Dataverse customization and plugin development (C#, .NET Framework).
  • Proficiency in Power Automate, JavaScript, , , and API integrations.
  • Working knowledge of Azure integration (Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus).
  • Experience in DevOps/ALM, testing, debugging, and solution lifecycle management.
  • Strong understanding of CRM security models, governance, and performance tuning.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.

Preferred / Advanced Skills

  • Experience with Power Pages / Power Apps Portal development.
  • Knowledge of Azure Data Factory and advanced data integration scenarios.
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE certification(s).
  • Familiarity with ASP.NET MVC, SSIS, SSRS, SharePoint, and XML-based web services.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Php150,000.00 per month
