About the Role

As a
Dynamics 365 CRM Developer / Lead
, you'll design and develop business-critical systems, partner with client stakeholders, and lead a team of developers to deliver high-quality solutions. This is a hands-on role where both your technical depth and leadership will shine.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop CRM systems to support business and technical requirements.
  • Work directly with stakeholders to analyze requirements and define functional specifications.
  • Own and deliver software enhancements, defect fixes, and feature integrations in Dynamics 365.
  • Drive solution design, development, and testing across multiple technologies.
  • Lead and mentor developers, including managing offshore teams.
  • Collaborate in Agile environments to ensure high-quality, timely delivery.
  • Identify design challenges and propose user-centric, elegant solutions.

Must-Have Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years
    of experience in configuration and customization of
    Microsoft Dynamics CRM 365
    .
  • Strong knowledge of
    C#, JavaScript, jQuery, JSON, HTML, and asynchronous programming
    .
  • Proficiency in
    REST/SOAP web services
    and
    SOA architecture
    .
  • Experience with
    SSRS
    and CRM reporting.
  • Strong exposure to
    Power Platform (Power Automate, Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps)
    .
  • Solid understanding of
    Dynamics CRM integrations
    and
    Azure tools
    .
  • Proven experience working in
    Agile development environments
    .
  • Excellent communication skills and client-facing experience.
  • Ability to lead teams and coordinate offshore development efforts.

Good-to-Have

  • Microsoft Dynamics CE certification

  • Experience integrating Dynamics with
    .NET applications

  • Familiarity with
    ASP.NET MVC, SSIS, SSRS, SharePoint, XML, HTML5
