bout the Role

We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Developer to join our remote UK-based team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Dynamics 365 Business Central, Power BI integration, and website development. You will play a key role in customizing and optimizing our ERP system, building analytical dashboards, and maintaining web interfaces that improve data visibility and business efficiency.


Key Responsibilities

  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central

  • Configure, customize, and maintain Business Central modules to support business operations.

  • Develop and optimize workflows, integrations, and data management processes.
  • Train and support end-users to ensure effective utilization of the platform.
  • Create reports, dashboards, and automation processes to improve system efficiency.

  • Power BI Integration

  • Connect Power BI with Dynamics 365 Business Central for real-time analytics and visual reporting.

  • Design interactive dashboards to track KPIs and business performance.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security across systems.

  • Development & Coding

  • Write and maintain code for Business Central extensions using AL language.

  • Develop custom APIs and integrations with third-party tools as required.
  • Participate in testing, debugging, and deployment of updates.

  • Website Development

  • Build and maintain responsive, user-friendly websites integrated with company systems.

  • Apply proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern web frameworks.
  • Ensure SEO optimization, security, and smooth site functionality.

Qualifications & Skills
  • Proven experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (customization, configuration, and administration).
  • Strong understanding of Power BI dashboards, data models, and integration with Dynamics 365.
  • Hands-on experience with AL language, Visual Studio Code, and API integration.
  • Proficiency in web development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript; knowledge of React, .NET, or PHP is a plus).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

Nice to Have
  • Microsoft Certifications in Dynamics 365 Business Central or Power Platform.
  • Experience in Azure, SharePoint, or Power Automate.
  • Familiarity with ERP migration or system implementation projects.
