Accounts Payable Specialist

Shift: Monday-Friday, 7AM-4PM PHT

Arrangement: Full Time, Onsite

Key Responsibilities:

The Accounts Payable member will be working closely with the client to support the business and manage the following tasks:

• Processing accounts payable and receivable invoices, issuing statements and following up customers.
• Accounting for all Direct Debits
• Issuing remittance (automated process)
• Reconciliation of Bank accounts and Fixed Assets, payables and receivables.
• Capitalization of fixed assets and reconciliation of Work in progress
• Suppler reconciliations
• Credit Card Expense claims audit and reimbursement.
• Raising Purchase orders, following up purchase orders not approved, or Purchase orders not raised.
• Accounts Payable weekly reporting
• Capex Reporting monthly.
• Processing Stock Invoices directly into SAP.
• Archiving Purchase orders/closing process
• Other related tasks assigned

Qualifications

• Graduate of Accountancy or Accounting Technology; Advantage if CPA licensed
• A minimum of 2yrs is accounting experience is desirable.
• Has leadership capabilities and is interested in leading the team in the future
• Advantage if with experiences in an accounting/ audit firm
• Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
• Attentive to detail and organized
• Good time management skills
• SAP Experience is desirable
