Role Overview

  • Implements Rx (medical prescription) and sales generation, coverage of targeted doctors within assigned area, customer service and relationship marketing strategies, and follow-up of sales in targeted outlets
  • Grows the business in area of responsibility and gains significant market share through:
    • Effective implementation of appropriate marketing strategies and operations led programs for top MD clients and relevant hospital accounts
      Conceptualization and execution of product-led and customized territorial programs (based on needs of MDs), including program monitoring, coordination, and evaluation
    • Effective customer focus/service, resource management, and relationship marketing initiatives to Customers by fulfilling needs and expectations that would help build and sustain Brand Equity and Area Business
    • Participates in corporate, divisional, medical and allied society functions, and provides support to CME functions through events management, detailing, product presentation, and RTD/ FGD implementation
    • Identifies the right Doctors for Territorial Campaigns, sustains Area Business Database, and gathers MD information updates for implementation of suitable marketing programs
    • Provides support in logistical arrangements regarding product delivery to doctors
    • Collaborates with Customer Development Specialist counterparts in fulfillment of sales
    • Monitors cycle of patient treatment to anticipate filling of required supplies of products

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree of any business-related course
  • With 3 to 6 years of relevant work experience
  • Has interest to perform Sales and Marketing functions
  • With excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and is results-driven and customer-oriented
