Job Overview

The primary responsibility of this role is to establish and maintain a strong relationship with clients, driving business growth from existing and new accounts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving loan volume targets while ensuring profitability, sound credit quality, and exceptional customer service.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A Bachelor's degree in any field is mandatory.
  • Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience as an Account Officer, preferably in consumer and SME loans, gained from reputable banks and financial institutions.
  • Direct experience in loan packaging is highly desirable.
  • Possess excellent communication skills and be people-oriented.
  • Must be willing to travel frequently.
  • Open to assignments in the Tuguegarao area.
