About the Role

We are looking for a highly capable AI Programming Engineer who can build, integrate, and deploy AI-powered features across web and mobile applications. This role combines AI development, backend engineering, mobile development, and front-end/UI work—ideal for someone who enjoys creating complete end-to-end systems.

The ideal candidate has strong technical knowledge, hands-on experience building real products, and the ability to turn AI concepts into working features inside apps and platforms.

Key Responsibilities

AI Feature Development

  • Build and integrate AI-driven features such as NLP tools, recommendation engines, OCR, automation modules, or chatbot systems.
  • Work with Python-based AI frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, HuggingFace, OpenAI APIs, etc.) to develop or fine-tune models.
  • Create APIs or services that connect AI models to web and mobile applications.
  • Optimize AI modules for performance, scalability, and real-world usage.

Backend Engineering (PHP Laravel)

  • Develop backend services, APIs, microservices, queues, and data workflows.
  • Integrate AI logic into Laravel-based systems with stable, secure, and scalable architecture.
  • Work with MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or other databases.
  • Ensure clean, maintainable, and version-controlled code.

Mobile App Development (Flutter)

  • Develop or maintain cross-platform apps using Flutter.
  • Integrate AI-powered functionalities directly into mobile features.
  • Work with state management, API integrations, mobile UI/UX, and deployments.
  • Troubleshoot and optimize mobile performance.

Front-End Development

  • Build responsive, clean, and modern UI using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks.
  • Implement front-end logic that interacts smoothly with AI features.
  • Optimize user experience for AI-driven modules.

Systems Building & Architecture

  • Build end-to-end systems combining front-end, backend, mobile, and AI modules.
  • Participate in architecture and cloud deployment strategies.
  • Use Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and Git workflows.

Collaboration & Product Execution

  • Work with product, marketing, and operations teams to implement features.
  • Convert ideas into prototypes and production-ready components.
  • Provide technical insights and system improvements.
  • Maintain documentation and system diagrams.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2–4 years experience in programming, AI development, and system development.
  • Strong coding skills in PHP (Laravel) and Python.
  • Experience developing Flutter cross-platform apps.
  • Solid understanding of front-end frameworks (Vue, React, etc.).
  • Experience with AI frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, HuggingFace, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of APIs, microservices, and backend logic.
  • Good database and cloud infrastructure knowledge.
  • Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with OCR, image processing, or computer vision.
  • Experience integrating AI into mobile apps.
  • Knowledge of vector databases or RAG pipelines.
  • Experience with ERP or ecommerce systems.
  • Basic DevOps experience.
