Job Summary:
The AI Developer will work closely with our operations, sales, and IT teams to streamline internal processes and develop automation tools that increase efficiency and reduce costs. This includes building workflows using AI models, automation platforms, and scripts that enhance both internal operations and client service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement AI-enhanced workflows across operations, HR, finance, and client-facing teams
  • Build automation tools using platforms like OpenAI, Zapier, Make, or UiPath
  • Create and manage bots, scripts, or services that reduce manual tasks
  • Tune prompts and integrate APIs for AI services such as chatbots or document processors
  • Collaborate with team leads to identify inefficiencies and propose automation opportunities
  • Ensure that all automation tools meet data privacy and compliance standards

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of experience in AI development, automation, or backend scripting
  • Proficient in Python, JavaScript, or similar languages
  • Experience with LLM APIs such as OpenAI or Claude
  • Familiarity with automation platforms like Zapier, Make, UiPath, or Power Automate
  • Solid understanding of REST APIs and systems integration
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Preferred Skills (Not Required):

  • Experience in healthcare or RCM environments
  • Knowledge of chatbot development tools (Dialogflow, Twilio Autopilot, etc.)
  • Familiarity with data visualization or reporting platforms
