Job Overview:

The Lead Generation / Appointment Setting Specialist will be the first line of support for our Business Development team in identifying prospects, lead generation, campaigns and reach out within the US Market. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in staffing solutions and have a solid experience in lead generation and appointment setting. This position will be remote and based out of the Philippines.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for lead generation and engaging with prospective clients who will potentially be needing our services. This position will be the front end of our sales campaign which includes mapping of our target industry, identifying decision makers and reaching out via cold calling, emails, chat, social media etc.

  • Identify potential clients through research.
  • Data mine leads from different sources like Google, LinkedIn, indeed, Glass Door etc.
  • Map out the industry we are targeting (Engineering, IT, Government, Healthcare etc.) and reach out to decision makers.
  • Set up meeting with our business development specialist either via Video Conference or in person.
  • Organize teams calendar and make sure appointments are followed up and confirmed.

Requirements:

  • 5 Years of experience in appointment setting.
  • Minimum of 3 Years of experience in US Staffing
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Lead generation and prospecting.
  • Data Mining
  • Have worked within a Business Development team.
  • Can work in US Eastern Time schedule.
  • Work Schedule: (8AM - 5PM US EST) 

Preferred:

  • Understanding of US Federal and State purchasing.
  • Understanding of procurement and vendor contracts, MSA etc.
  • Has experience understanding RFP/RFI/RFQ
