Role Description
This is a part-time remote role for a Business Development Specialist. The responsibilities include identifying and generating leads, conducting market research to explore opportunities, and developing relationships with potential clients. The Business Development Specialist will communicate with clients to understand their needs, offer tailored solutions, and provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills for identifying trends, evaluating opportunities, and making data-driven decisions.
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, to actively engage with clients and internal teams.
- Proven experience in Lead Generation and building pipelines for business growth.
- Proficiency in conducting Market Research to identify new opportunities and understand industry trends.
- Customer Service skills for effectively addressing client inquiries and nurturing long-term professional relationships.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.
- Understanding of business development strategies; previous experience in a similar role is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is desirable.
