About the role

LX Pantos Philippines, Inc. is seeking a dedicated and meticulous Human Resources Staff to join our team in Taguig City, Metro Manila. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive HR support across various functions, ensuring the smooth operation of our organization.

What you'll be doing

  • Recruitment. Sourcing and Short-listing of applicants. Scheduling and conducting initial interviews for the applicants.

  • On-boarding. Conducts end-to-end new-hire on-boarding process.

  • Training and Development. Facilitate training for all employees in relation to the company's policies, safety and health and other training courses necessary to achieve the company's standards.

  • Safety and Health. Acts as the Safety Officer II/Officer-in-charge for the company's overall Safety and Health. Provides training for selected employees in compliance with the guidelines from Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE).

  • Government Compliances. Liaises, prepares, and submits all the necessary statutory benefit payments, manpower reports and documents, in compliance with the regulations of different government agencies.

  • Employee Engagements. Assists in the facilitation of Company sponsored events.

  • IT Support. Attends to employees' IT-related concerns.

What we're looking for

  • Relevant degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field

  • At least 1-4 years of experience in a similar human resources or administrative role

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written

  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Proactive, adaptable and able to work effectively in a team environment
