We are seeking a dynamic, strategic, and experienced Human Resource Head/AVP to lead our HR function and support our growing global team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic HR Leadership

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals and BPO industry standards.

  • Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leadership on workforce planning, talent acquisition, and organizational development.

  • Employee Relations & Engagement/ HRBP

  • Foster a positive workplace culture that supports employee retention and performance.

  • Manage employee relations, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.

  • Compliance & Risk Management

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, healthcare regulations (HIPAA, OSHA), and internal policies across all operational regions.

  • Lead audits and maintain accurate records in accordance with industry standards.

  • Compensation & Benefits

  • Design and manage competitive compensation and benefits programs.

  • Oversee payroll, incentive structures, and employee wellness initiatives.

  • Training & Development

  • Lead learning and development initiatives to upskill staff and support career advancement.

  • Oversee leadership development programs and succession planning.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's or MBA preferred)
  • Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within the healthcare BPO
  • Must have deep understanding of HR laws, BPO operations, and healthcare compliance standards
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Proficiency in HRIS platforms and data-driven decision-making
  • SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or equivalent certification preferred
