We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Generalist to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing administrative support in various aspects of human resources including recruitment, employee onboarding, benefits administration, and data management.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support in recruitment, including screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and maintaining accurate records.
- Assist with new hire onboarding, including processing paperwork, setting up employee profiles, and conducting orientation sessions.
- Manage benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and terminations.
- Perform data management tasks, such as updating employee information, tracking time off, and generating reports.
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, including hiring managers, employees, and external vendors.
- Stay up-to-date with changing regulations, laws, and company policies, ensuring compliance and implementing best practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in human resources, preferably in an administrative role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
