Job Description

As an Operations and Administrative Assistant, you'll provide essential support across scheduling, documentation, coordination, and operational workflow. Your organizational expertise ensures smooth day-to-day operations, efficient communication across teams, and compliance with internal processes that support healthcare revenue cycle services.

The Qualifications We Seek

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in Operations or Administrative roles within a multinational or global company.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills suited for cross-functional and cross-cultural collaboration.
  • High attention to detail and strong process discipline.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to quickly learn and use new collaboration and productivity tools.

Your Daily Tasks

  • Contribute to a positive workplace culture aligned with company values
  • Provide administrative support including scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and maintaining records
  • Assist with company activities such as EOFY events, Christmas parties, and team-building activities
  • Liaise with shared services teams (Operations, IT, HR, Finance, Facilities) for routine requests and follow-ups
  • Support the implementation of operational policies and procedures as directed by management
  • Maintain management systems by updating records and ensuring documentation is current
  • Perform basic data entry, reporting, and tracking of operational metrics
  • Respond to routine staff queries and escalate issues to managers as needed
