What are we looking for?
Skills Required:
- 1–2 years of experience in a real estate, property, or finance administration role preferred.
• Knowledge of Australian real estate and lending practices is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access), Xero, CRM software
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with professional email and phone etiquette.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Demonstrates honesty, reliability, and a strong work ethic.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification preferred
What will you do?
- Provide administrative and operational support to the residential and commercial property management teams.
• Set up, maintain, and organize accurate electronic and physical files, ensuring easy access for all team members.
• Prepare and maintain lease documentation, brokerage agreements, and related records.
• Manage correspondence, incoming calls, and emails, directing inquiries appropriately while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
• Draft and prepare a range of business documents, including letters, meeting agendas, minutes, purchase orders, contracts, and reports.
• Assist in preparing investor reports, presentations, and project materials by organizing and compiling relevant data.
• Coordinate the assembly, review, and distribution of lease and contract documents with a strong focus on accuracy and timeliness.
• Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and assist with meeting coordination.
• Support process improvement initiatives, helping to refine administrative procedures and enhance team efficiency.
• Stay informed of internal policies, industry practices, and regulatory requirements relevant to real estate and property management.
