What you'll be doing

  1. Proactively contacting customers to discuss outstanding payments and negotiate repayment plans
  2. Maintaining accurate records of all customer interactions and payment arrangements
  3. Providing professional and empathetic customer service to resolve collection issues
  4. Collaborating with the wider collections team to identify and implement process improvements
  5. Ensuring strict compliance with all relevant regulations and internal policies
  6. Achieving personal and team collection targets through effective negotiation and resolution of customer accounts

What we're looking for

  1. Open for fresh graduates
  2. Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively handle challenging conversations
  3. Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to find tailored solutions for customers
  4. Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems and MS Office applications
