DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensure that all clients are reminded of their amortization through text or call.
  • Maintain a positive and cooperative tone at all times with the borrowers and deals with borrowers in a manner which shows empathy, tact and professionalism.
  • Ensure compliance on using the standard text format and outgoing call content.
  • Determine reason for default of the delinquent borrowers
  • Review and analyze the payment record of each account in order to apply necessary collection measures. Recommend solutions/ actions and ensure that handling for each call scenarios are implemented within the day and able to track the result.
  • Coordinate with concerned departments to determine best approach for resolving issues.
  • Provide call status report on a daily basis.
  • Performs other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by an appropriate authority.
