We are looking for a Collection Specialist to join our growing team

Position: Collection Specialist

Location: Quezon City )

Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage accounts receivable and ensure timely collection of payments from clients and exhibitors.
  • Monitor overdue accounts and follow up through calls, emails, and official notices.
  • Maintain accurate records of collections and update client accounts.
  • Coordinate with the sales and finance teams to resolve billing issues.
  • Prepare regular collection reports for management review.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in collections, accounts receivable, or related role (preferably in events, retail, or service industry).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple accounts.
  • Willing to work during event days (weekends/holidays as needed).
