About the role

Access Healthcare Services Manila, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Quality Assurance professional to join their dynamic Healthcare BPO team in Pasay City, Metro Manila. This full-time position is responsible for ensuring the highest quality of customer service delivery across the organisation.

What you'll be doing

  1. Develop and implement quality assurance processes to monitor and evaluate the performance of customer service agents
  2. Conduct regular call audits and provide constructive feedback to agents to drive continuous improvement
  3. Analyse customer feedback and key performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
  4. Collaborate with the training team to design and deliver tailored coaching programs for agents
  5. Maintain detailed quality assurance documentation and reporting
  6. Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare industry regulations and internal policies
  7. Support the implementation of new quality initiatives and process optimisation

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum of 3 years' experience in a quality assurance or customer service role, preferably within the healthcare or BPO industry
  2. Strong understanding of quality management principles and best practices
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively coach and provide feedback to team members
  4. Proficient in data analysis and reporting to identify trends and drive process improvements
  5. Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  6. Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a commitment to quality
