TOSCA QA Tester

We are looking for a 
Quality Engineer
 to join our team under the Financial Services unit. The role involves ensuring the highest quality standards for software products and services through testing, data analysis, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. You'll be using 
Tricentis Tosca
 to implement automation best practices, reusable test components, and test data management (TDM).

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and implement quality assurance procedures and documentation
• Execute functional and automated testing using Tricentis Tosca
• Conduct defect analysis and performance tracking
• Collaborate with development, business analysts, and project teams
• Support compliance with industry standards and client expectations
• Drive continuous improvement and quality enhancements
• Provide guidance and technical support on QA processes

• Effective implementation of QA tools and methodologies

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, IT, or related field
• Proficient in 
  Tricentis Tosca

(including best practices in automation and TDM)
- Strong skills in QA methodologies, defect tracking, and data analysis
- Excellent communication and attention to detail
- Familiarity with Agile practices
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Six Sigma, ISO 9001) are a plus
- Willing to work onsite at MOA, Pasay during assigned hours
