Job Description:

  • You will extract data from the legal documents for various investment events including SAFE, Convertible, and Preferred Equity financing events.
  • You will help develop and execute Quality Assurance processes to ensure accuracy of extracted data.
  • You will help funds maintain an up to date schedule of investments by posting Journal Entries for various Investment Events.
  • Leverage our in-app tools to help clients collect and organize the legal documents related to investment events.
  • You will Collaborate with our Fund Administration team to identify opportunities to efficiently scale the way we serve clients

Requirements:

  • 1 to 3 years of General Accounting Experience
  • You have an operational mindset and are constantly looking for ways to streamline processes
  • You have strong critical thinking, problem solving, and decision making skills
  • You're interested in providing best-in-class-service
  • You take pride in your ability to communicate effectively and are able to multitask to meet multiple deadlines
  • You have a basic understanding of Venture Capital, Banking, and Fund Administration
  • You have experience working with accounting and financial data
  • You're interested in working on projects in a fast paced environment
