The Warehouse Pharmacist will assist the Assistant Manager of Quality Assurance (QA) in supervising the QA team responsible for the inspection and repacking of imported finished products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervises Quality Inspection Team and will attend to team's concern on product quality. Daily checks on QA's logbook and its entries.
  • Review and submits Inspection Report and Repacking Report to respective Departments.
  • Forecast incoming products for Inspection in coordination with Sales Supervisor and forecast manpower to be relayed to HR if needed.
  • In-charge of yearly monitoring of calibration of data loggers, thermohydrometer and other WH equipment.
  • Review and file Batch Inspection & Repacking Record and ensure it is complete with correct entries.
  • Must work with QA-AM for validation and improvement of QA Process as per DOH-WHO guidelines.
  • Responsible for documentation control and will review forms prior mass production.
  • Helps QA-AM assist supplier trend on rejects and packaging.
  • QMS: Weekly Pest Control Monitoring, Temp Monitoring and Sanitation monitoring.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • BS Pharmacy Graduate
  • 2 years above in WH or Production related company
  • Professional License as Registered Pharmacist
